BOXING
Boxing classes are excellent for toning and weight loss, Our boxing class is focused on correct technique, power and fitness. The training level is moderate. Class times are:
Tuesdays 5:30-6:30
Thursdays 5:30-6:30
Saturdays 11:00-12:00
KICKBOXING
Focuses on correct execution of all kickboxing and karate kicks. It is a greater upper and lower body workout. There are beginner and intermediate classes. Class times are:
Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 (Beginner)
6:30-7:30 (Advanced)
MUAY THAI
The art of 8 limbs, where you will be taught to punch, kick, knee, elbow and clinch in the traditional Thai way. There are beginner and intermediate classes. Class times are:

JIU-JITSU
The art of grounded self-defence. You will learn to control, and put holds and locks on a grounded opponent. Class times are:

WRESTLING
Is the art of getting someone grounded, and controlling them while on the ground. It includes tussling, takedowns, throws, tackling and holds. Class times are:

LADIES SELF-DEFENSE
In this class we do boxing and kickboxing, where we focus on self-defence. The level of training is moderate. Class times are:
Saturdays 9:00-10:00
LADIES HITT BOOTCAMP
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) – In this class we focus on weightloss, toning, strength training and cardio for ladies. The level of training is moderate Class times are:
Mondays & Wednesdays 5:30-6:15
KIDS MMA & BULLYPROOF
The kids MMA and Bullyproof class primarily focuses on confidence and character for kids. We hope this will build assertiveness to appropriately deal with any bullying scenario. Furthermore, the kids will be learning boxing, kickboxing, jiu-jitsu and MMA for self-defence. They also play games for fine motor skills, coordination and gross motor skills development.
MMA is putting all of the above mentioned martial arts together in a smooth and efficient way. It is an excellent full body workout, as all of the body’s muscles are being used.
WEIGHT CIRCUT & PADWORK
Fridays 17:30 to 19:00
In this class you will be doing a sports conditioning circuit, which focuses on building the appropriate fitness, speed, strength, agility, explosiveness and power for martial arts.
FIGHTER DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT
Our head coach Fidaah Edries oversees the development of all our fighters, he manages Pro boxing, Pro kickboxing, Pro muay thai as well as armature fighters. He is also a sports performance coach and also has a peak performance programme that he implements with his fighters.

COUNSELLING & LIFE COACHING
Our in-house counsellor Fidaah Edries is registered with the Health Professionals Council of South Africa (HPCSA). He focuses on counselling, so if you need someone to talk to, suffer from depression, maybe going through a divorce or even have anxiety, you’ll have counselling services at your fingertips.
He also offers Life Coaching. If you need help finding your path that your destined to follow, your purpose in life, personal growth, or just finding meaning and balance in life in general, you’ll be in good hands.

We offer personal training tailored to your needs, whether it is to lose weight, or put on more muscle. With our personal training you could do boxing, kickboxing, muay-thai, jiu-jitsu, wrestling or full MMA as well.
